Graduate Training Programs

We are fully aware that our industry is ever changing. Not just the technology but the people within it.

We recognise that the future is in the new generation of SAS practitioners, and to assist them develop not just their technology, but an appreciation of where this sits within the much wider aspect of any potential future "role", we have created our DQS Graduate Trainee Program or (GTP).

This program is used within DQS for internal staff development, but is now also available to clients as a tailored package on a company release basis.

Lasting anything between 6 and 12 months, the GTP, whilst it includes technical training, focus’s heavily on the application of these technical skills, and includes full accreditation in the Quality Process to Gold standard. Educational Partnerships

This is an area of which DQS are especially proud.

We have forged alliances with several major universities and further education establishments, in an effort to mutually benefit from the closer ties between education and the commercial world.

DQS have been guest speakers at several student events and we take pride that our commercial experience is seen positively by both students and educational establishments alike.

We have provided commercial guidance to career advice professionals and helped students understand how their courses may assist them into the commercial world of IT.

These partnerships form part of our Giving Back program, and also assists us greatly in the development of our Graduate Trainee Program (GTP).
